Senior Care Concepts participates in the 2011 Alzheimer's Association Walk to Remember - Sunday, October 2, 2011

Senior Care Concepts and our family are determined to make a difference in the fight against Alzheimer's Disease.  It has been 7 1/2 years since Grandmother has passed away.  We have missed her greatly, but know that she would be proud of us for the work that we are doing to raise awareness of Alzheimer's and Dementia, that affect so many people.

We are participating in the 2011 Walk to End Alzheimer's like we do every year in memory of Grandmother!  Please join us on Sunday, October 2, 2011 at Slater Park in Pawtucket to raise money and awareness for people with Alzheimer's Disease and other Memory Impairments.  Proceeds from the Walk go directly to improve the lives of those affected by Alzheimer's and promote research.

Currently there are more than 5 million Americans that have Alzheimer's Disease and 78 million baby boomers are at risk - unless we find a way to change the course of the disease.

Our Company and our family has committed to raising funds for the Walk to End Alzheimer's and we can not do it without the help of people like you.

Over the past 8 years Grandmother's Team has raised $13,300 and we are not going to stop until a cure has been found!

Please help to support this important cause by donating as little or as much as you would like, or by joining us on October 2 for the walk!

On behalf of 5 million Americans with Alzheimer's Disease, and our family, THANK YOU for supporting our efforts!
