These days aging with dignity, maintaining independence and living with disabilities are all facts of life. So is understanding the very complex health care systems and helping concerned adult children of seniors cope with their parent’s health.
At Senior Care Concepts Inc. we deal with all that and more every day. Our passion is helping our clients and their families go about their lives with as much certainty and confidence as possible. One daughter who worked with Senior Care Concepts said “You orchestrated every step of the process when we had to move mom from home to a facility. You provided outstanding follow up and had incredible knowledge and experience as well as empathy and caring. It made everything go so smoothly.”
Overwhelmed, Concerned, Confused and Stressed. These words describe what happens to seniors as they age. The same words describe the adult children of seniors who often times are left trying to care for or advise them.
They provide the following services:
- Care Planning Assessments with clients and family members
- Cost effective health care and senior living options

- Crisis Intervention
- Continued communication about services provided
- Client and family advocacy
- Screen for, arrange and monitor in home care
- Assisting in long term care needs
- Identify clients needs and match them with appropriate and local resources
- Navigate the complicated health care system
