My experience in senior care planning and management has given me extensive knowledge of the many assisted living and rehabilitation facilities in the state, access to dozens of physicians and specialists, and connections with a variety of at home service providers.

For over 15 years, I have been providing in-depth care assessments and long-term health care planning for seniors, additionally acting as a liaison between health care professionals, seniors and their families. I have worked at local assisted living communities in social work and community relations, learning how best to accommodate seniors with varying levels of need, as well as their families.
